Kliklok Wraparound – Certiwrap 80

The CERTIWRAP 80 wraparound is Kliklok’s newest addition, designed to accommodate the sleaving of meal trays, tubs or pots. The Certiwrap 80 has been developed to handle a wide range of carton board sleeves including full, economy, watch strap style and other carton profiles to suit the changing packaging requirements of various food sectors. Thanks to its predominantly stainless steel construction, the CERTIWRAP is suitable for use in the severe washdown conditions of the dairy and meat processing industries. Kliklok Wraparound – Certiwrap 150

The Certiwrap range of cartoners is Kliklok International’s latest generation of wraparound cartoning systems. They leverage the experience of over 40 years in Certipak designs and are built to handle a wide variety of items including ready-meal trays, tubs, and many other rigid containers. The products may be packed individually or in multi-pack. Special options allow for the handling of stacked products at speeds up to 150 cartons per minute. Recent enhancements include the ability to wrap different shaped cartons on the same machine, plus an easy size change facility as standard.

Kliklok Endload CRL

The CRL is Kliklok’s NEW product handling innovation. This flexible machine complements our wide range of end load and top load cartoning equipment, and is designed to handle the output from machines, such as flow wrappers, and to collate and place the wrapped product into cartons or trays.

The CRL incorporates advanced design electronic motion control technology using a combination of servo motor drives and an industry-leading ABB IRB360 robotic Flex Picker® with high capacity 3kg payload. The mono-block design incorporates the infeed, collation, positioning and loading – all controlled from a single colour touch screen. It also has a servo driven product infeed conveyor with vacuum belt and abort system, plus a servo driven race track.

With software written in OMAC (PackML) standard, this menu-driven Insight® HMI enables easy setting and adjustment of all conveyor speeds, collations and robotic positioning, as well as accessing shift data, performance monitoring, on-screen diagnostics and multi-language selection.

With single pick or multi-layer collations at up to 700 pieces per minute, the CRL offers a choice of either end load or top load versions. For top load, the CRL will load products into static cartons, and with an optional carton management system (CMS), will also load products into moving cartons. The end load version tracks and loads products into the moving pockets of an end load cartoner. End of arm robot tools enable rotation, grouping or shingling of products for maximum flexibility.

Kliklok Endload – SIPTU

The Smooth Intelligent Product Transfer Unit (SIPTU) extends the automation of Kliklok International’s end-load cartoning range. Independently driven, it forms an integrated part of the product infeed conveyor. As the name suggests, the SIPTU smoothly corrects product positioning by making several small placement adjustments across four phasing belts, allowing for higher production speeds and a greater product range.

Kliklok Endload – CLS120-XL

The Cascade Loader System (CLS120) is Kliklok’s latest product handling innovation. This compact stand-alone unit is designed to complement our wide range of end load and top load cartoning equipment and can be retro-fitted to virtually any model and make of end load cartoner. By using a clever, fully adjustable 3-stage vertical rotor timing system, the CLS is ideally suited for the collation, stacking and transfer of bags or sachets.

Kliklok Endload – IPTU-i

The Intelligent Product Transfer Unit Independent (IPTU-i) is an independently driven, integrated part of the product infeed conveyor. Designed to accept products from a random supply, the IPTU-i monitors and adjusts the position of the product and transfers it into the flights of the product infeed conveyor. An overhead belt provides additional product drive and to compensate for line surges.
